The personnel is very friendly and supportive, we have forgotten a toothpaste to bring with us and once we were back from a walk we discovered a toothpaste with 2 toothbrushes! The breakfast was also very well served and everyone was very kind and nice with us! We highly recommended to ask Yasmin for her suggestions and to use taxi service of Aram – he had such a patience and showed us in one day all the possible sightseeings. The place is clean, located in a city centre and has a small cafeteria Picnic and a Cheese shop. You will love it!

The breakfast is rich and feels home-made; the staff is very friendly and helpful; the room was big, very clean and comfortable. There is also a small, cozy garden where one can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine.

Excellent location, very well cleaned, comfortable and very nice staff. We arrived very late at night, around 4.00 a.m., the taxi driver phoned the hotel asking for indications and there was a young woman waiting for us outside. All staff members speak English and are very helpful giving information about where to eat or to go. I will book it again if I need.

The room was clean. The staff spoke English. The breakfast was good. A little cafe, which is where they host the breakfast, has a great ambiance and is good for dinner as well. Since Yerevan’s city center is compact, the location of the hotel is good.

The hotel was very nice, modern, and very clean. The stonework and wrought iron of the building is charming, and the little courtyard cafe that is open in the evening for wine, cheese and salad type of meals was quite pleasant. The hotel is centrally located in Yerevan and hotel staff are helpful in arranging rides with taxis to distant locations. Their English is good and they are friendly. The breakfast was nice. The room I stayed in was quiet. Air conditioning worked very well.

Fantastic and kind reception staff as well as the Muscat (restaurant) staff. Simple but delicious breakfast and attentive staff. We booked tours though hotel- safe driver and flexible to see what we wanted. Clean and spacious rooms. We had a large balcony with a view of Mother Armenia statue. Near great restaurants, cafes, ATM, and locals.
Highly recommend it. Nayruhi was very helpful. Would definitely return when we come back.

This is a great place to stay! All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Meri who went above and beyond by making a special reservation for us at a restaurant.

This hotel used to have another mame previously, so it was hard to find first. The location is very nice and I loved breakfast!
