FOUR SEASONS IN ARMENIA

Every season in Armenia means bright colors, beautiful nature, amazing flavors. Snow white winter

Winter in the country usually begins in early December. Despite the fact that it is typically snowy, the weather is very soft and comfortable. The capital is transformed in real winter wonderland, especially before New Year and Christmas. There is New Year’ s mood everywhere in Armenia: gaily decorated streets, elegant Christmas trees, rink, numerous special events and concerts. There are feast rites in churches on Christmas Eve. This season in Armenia is the best for those who like active winter holidays: the famous ski resort Tsakhkadzor is up there with the most popular European resorts.

Blooming spring

Spring in Armenia means bright colours and delightful flavours. Spring coming is felt from the first of March, and with the beginning of April everything breaks into bloom. Spring days in Armenia mean also festive mood: International Women’s day is celebrated in March, and there is a national maternity holiday in April.

Hot summer

Summer in Armenia is an exceptional opportunity to organize any type of vacation: hiking in the most picturesque places, climbing mountain peaks, beach holidays, a plenty of excursions.
